Cheap entertainment. I bought some finger paints and brushes and let the girls go to town. They both painted for hours. I was trying to think of cheap ideas for summer fun at home. The girls are starting to get bored in the house during the hot summer days.
Grandma Gilmore went to the Dinosaur Park with us on Monday. The girls had a lot of fun and there is a lot to do and see there. Baby Ameila's first time in the water at Bear Lake. She loved the water and eating the sand at the beach. Grace was excited to be eating outside because my sister and I did a make over on the picnic table. I wish I would have taken a before picture because it had seen better days. But now it is good as new! 
It's about time! With all the bad weather in June we finally found a nice weekend to go to Pine View for the day. The girls had a lot of fun swimming and fishing.
Our Cul-de-sac has a Toddler Fest every summer and it's a lot of fun and games for the little ones. There is different area's set up with water games, fishing, pinata, face painting, and arts and crafts. The girls had a blast this year and my neighbor made the cutest cup cakes for the kids. 
I made some tutu's for the 4th of July holiday for the girls. Sam was having a ball dancing in her tutu. I just had to share these funny pictures from the same day. I let the girls pick out what they wanted to wear. Sam looks cute and Grace not so cute. What was she thinking? I think we are in trouble as she gets bigger.
Warning Tread Mill's and Kids don't mix! Sam decided to try to sit on the bottom of the tread mill when I was running on it and it dragged her under the tread mill. We had to lift the tread mill off of her. Although she got a lot of owie's she is doing well.

I am not so happy about Weston's new love to rock climbing. I am sure all of you moms will agree with me. This just freaks me out. Why 
Wow check out all the smoke from the candles! Nick's mom had a family-friend get together for his big day. I love the cake she had made. Happy 30
Good news the Peonies were in bloom at the Bear Lake house. Not so good news we had a all work weekend at Bear Lake with lots of painting and yard work. I was able to manage a few cute pictures of the girls. They were dressing up in Grandpa's old hats all weekend long. 
Happy Father's Day! My sister and I took our hubby's and Dad to brunch at Market Street Grill for Father's Day. It was so yummy! I Love this picture I took of Amelia while we waited for our food.
We went to the Aquarium with Grandma Gilmore and the girls had a blast. The Aquarium is just the right size, not to big and not to small. It is divided into 3 sections, Discover Utah, Ocean Explorer and Journey to South America. Grace's favorite part was the touch pool and the southern Stingray's. Samie was just amazed by the whole thing.
