On Sunday November 2nd we were invited by our (NW) partner Seattle Res office to volunteer at the Special Olympic Bowling event in Federal Way Washington. When we first arrived we were greeted by Jan Battles a (NW) Sales Performance Manager who took us to the bowling alley to begin our day of service. Our duties, along with our NW colleges, were to gather the athletes for award ceremonies, keep score for the athletes, and of course to cheer them on as they competed for the GOLD! On Monday November 3rd we were picked up from our hotel by Seattle Reservation’s Call Center Director, Dolly Yeager, who took us on a tour the Seattle Res office. As we toured the office we were able to meet some of our new friends both management and front line who treated us with warmth and great hospitality. We were honored to represent Salt Lake City in visiting our Seattle partner city and were excited to welcome them to the New Delta family.
